Officially registered in 2012 as a non-profit association, the association for green or tag (formerly Green Community Development Association or GCDA) works with local producer organizations to become a responsible green actor for local green economies. To maximize locally available resources and knowledge, we keep improving our knowledge and skills in research and development in order to better perform our job and deliver service to people with satisfaction. We work with farmers, youth, and women as our main target groups within a work scope of green and sustainable agriculture, rural youth employability, and capacity building of farmer organizations. Vision – A learning organization to promote green production practices for circular economy in rural communities. Mission – (1) To develop alternative practices of farming communities that make best use of local resources and inputs in a cost-effective manner; (2) To manage production waste through reducing, reusing and recycling; and (3) To introduce green practice standards.
