This Sub-Decree provides for the establishment, management and use of community forests throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia. Community Forest is a State public property. The Sub-Decree provides for the establishment of a Community Forestry Management Committee for each CF Community, and for its internal organization, and roles and duties. The Sub-Decree further provides for the following matters: institutions and authorities responsible for implementing the provisions of this Sub-Decree; financial sources to support the development process of Community Forestry; offences; etc.
