APPREN does not have any activities relating to political affairs, non-profit, and irrelevant to religion. It is an organization/association established by Lao nationality/citizen aimed at achieving its goals and purposes (objectives) such as developing to reduce the poverty and disadvantaged communities in the Lao PDR.
Vision: “to become an effective mechanism to support/conduct activities that enable disadvantaged children and youth to develop themselves to their full potential and fully enjoy all development aspect including human rights and specific child right.
Mission : “To support, encourage and assist the provision of knowledge and skills to disadvantaged children and youth through study and training to apply knowledge and skills for better lives
