Mlup Promviheathor Center (MPC) raise particular attention to empower the poverty group of people in the rural community to access equal rights to economic with dignity, freedom as the fundamental human rights necessary for sustainable development and peace in Cambodia.

Mlup Promviheathor first mark our journey in 2001 when a group of individual social activists and Buddhist priests came together to share their feeling with those of hurt people and their children to address equal rights of living and education. In recent years, our feeling has been transformed into action building on our learning, achievement and challenges against our objective to rights of people in rural communities including women, men and children be promoted, protected, and fulfilled, with particular emphasis on improved realization of natural resource, food, and education.
