Organization to Develop Our Villages (ODOV)
The Organization to Develop Our Villages (ODOV) started as the Mesang Integrated Community Development Program under the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), focusing on food security, health education, and small businesses. ODOV became a local NGO in 2004 and was officially registered with Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior on April 28, 2005.
ODOV is a member of several networks, including NEAR, NEP, SUN-CSA, C.S.A.F, and the Prey Veng NGO Network. These networks support ODOV through knowledge sharing, training, and technical assistance.
Most of ODOV’s staff are university graduates with backgrounds in rural development, agronomy, business, and finance. They have received training in climate change, sustainable agriculture, nutrition, gender, peacebuilding, and governance.
Mission: Empower vulnerable groups and strengthen community organizations.
Vision: A dignified, healthy, and peaceful life for all Cambodians.
