Phan-Thin Social Enterprise
Phan-Thin Social Enterprise (Phan-Thin), meaning Seeds of Community, is a non-profit organization established in 2018 by five former staff of the Participatory Development Training Center (PADETC). Based in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR, Phan-Thin is dedicated to fostering a just and livable society through a holistic approach that integrates social, environmental, and economic development (SEED), with a strong focus on empowering youth—both male and female—as agents of change.

Mission:
To empower people for inclusive and sustainable development through youth engagement.
Main Goal:
To strengthen the engagement and contributions of civil society organizations at both central and local levels in the areas of SEED, particularly by enhancing the skills of young people to serve as change-makers in their communities.

Youth and Community Development:
Building leadership, teamwork, project management, facilitation, and media literacy skills in youth and communities. -
Support for Community Products:
Promoting and marketing handicrafts, services, and organic products via small shops, social media, and networks. -
Capacity-Building Services:
Providing training and consultancy for CSOs in leadership, gender mainstreaming, community assessment, environmental awareness, and business development.
