Phnom Srey Organization for Development (PSOD)
Phnom Srey Organization for Development (PSOD) is a local NGO in Cambodia, established in 1998 and officially registered in 2010. PSOD has over 25 years of experience working with communities to promote human rights, gender equality, democracy, child protection, health, education, livelihood, natural resource management, and climate change adaptation.

A peaceful and inclusive Cambodia where everyone enjoys human rights, good health, dignity, equality, and sustainable development.
Mission
To work with the government, civil society, private sector, and communities to improve quality of life—especially for women, children, youth, people with disabilities, indigenous groups, and other vulnerable communities—through education, livelihood support, human rights promotion, and disaster resilience.
Key Objectives
