The International School of Thai Nguyen University (ISTNU) was established in 2011 by virtue of the Resolution, which was approved during the 18th Thai Nguyen Provincial Congress and the Resolution of Thai Nguyen University Party Congress (term 2010-2015). The ISTNU is mandated to implement Undergraduate Study Programs in the fields of Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Management, Economics, and International Relations, through “Imported Advanced Programs” from leading universities of international standard. Its foundation concretized the guidelines of the Government of Vietnam, through the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training, to enhance international cooperation in educational development to produce globally competitive human resources that will meet the needs and requirements of the world integration process for economic and social advancement.
