Community Training Organization For Development (CTOD) was Renamed from Development Association Resource Economic (DARE) last date 23th July, 2018 As a local non-profit, neutral, non-religious and Non-racist Organization. CTOD was established by a group of students from Other universities in Battambang Province. CTOD is registered as a On-governmental organization in the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia by Prakas No. 4703 dated 06 August 2018. CTOD has Ben implementing a project to Teaching Improvement Equality Responsiveness (TIGER) in Prey Phnas Primary School, Tuol Leap Primary School, Toul Veng Primary School in Daun Ba Commune, Koas Kralor District, Battambang Province.TOD has received a Funds during 3 years from Cambodian Civil Society Partnership (CCSP) to implement a Community Leadership Empower Project (CLEP) . for group women, group youth in all 15 Communes. 3 Districts: Sangker District, Ek Phnom District, Banan District of Battambang Province of Cambodia. In 2021, CTOD received funding from GIZ/CPDD “study on Civic Engagement Mechanisms at DM-Level in” 7 city / District of Battambang Province. CTOD Receives Funding from WISE-WASH IN SOUTHEAS ASIA for Covid-19 Risk Reduction Program and Handwashing Program for Poor People in Boeung Tim and Svay Sar Communities, Tapon Commune, Sangker District, Battambang Province of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
