AVSI has been working in Myanmar since 2007, and operates in the agriculture and education sectors with the support of local and international partners.
The staff tasked with the management and implementation of our operations are made up of 40 local people, 50 volunteers, and 2 Italian expats. We operate in several areas in the country: South Shan, Kayah, Kachin States and Mandalay, Magway and Ayeyarwady Region.
