CARE in Vietnam

Since 1989, CARE Vietnam has worked with numerous partners to implement over 300 projects across the country. In 2025-2030 strategy, the organization prioritizes supporting women smallholder farmers, workers, and women-owned small and micro-enterprises, helping them enhance their capacity to engage in economic development, adapt to climate change, and build resilience in the face of natural disasters.

CARE’s initiatives promote dignified work, sustainable livelihoods, food security, and climate change adaptation, particularly in vulnerable communities such as rural and ethnic minorities. Through its work, CARE empowers women and promotes practices aiming for long-term, transformative change in Vietnam.
