The objectives of the Institute are: Researching and applying scientific and technological advances to practical activities in order to promote efficient and environmentally friendly production development, ensure sustainable development and adaptation to climate change. The Institute for Research and Application of Environmental Treatment is a non-public scientific and technological unit that gathers many reputable and experienced experts in the fields of ecology, biodiversity, environment, Agriculture and forestry from research institutes, universities, and regulatory agencies in Vietnam.
In the past time, members of the Institute have conducted research, training, consulting activities and implemented many activities related to:
– Advice to treat environmental pollution of soil, water, air (waste …)
– Develop sustainable mangrove ecosystems, agro-forestry ecosystems, biodiversity … adapt to climate change
– Consulting on the transfer of microbiological technology in waste treatment in organic fertilizer processing for safe production, organic production …
– Consulting and technology transfer in environmentally friendly production, cleaner production, green production to participate in the trend of developing a circular economy in Vietnam …
– Technology transfer and develop organic agricultural production models (organic agriculture, livestock, plants, medicinal plants …).
– Consulting on environmental impact assessment, strategic environment assessment for projects (in agriculture, construction, mining, …),
– Consulting on environment and economics specialized in construction, mining, and railway transportation in Vietnam.
– Consulting on environmental protection in construction works (urban underground works, civil and industrial projects …).
