A future where self-reliant Lao farmers, including men, women, and youth, are empowered with knowledge, skills, and resources to improve their living conditions, achieve sustainable livelihoods, and contribute to resilient rural communities.
Mission:
LaoDHRRA is dedicated to supporting and strengthening key stakeholders—farmers, fishers, cooperatives, civil society organizations, and government partners—who work collaboratively to enhance the well-being of Lao farmers. Through capacity building, advocacy, and knowledge sharing, LaoDHRRA aims to create an enabling environment where rural communities thrive, ensuring food security, economic resilience, and sustainable development.

- Advocate for policies that promote sustainable agriculture, land tenure security, and rural development.
- Strengthen multi-stakeholder dialogue between farmers, government agencies, and development partners.
- Conduct research and policy analysis to inform evidence-based decision-making.

- Enhance collaboration among farmer organizations, NGOs, academic institutions, and policymakers.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange, training programs, and best practices in agroecology, climate resilience, and rural enterprise development.
