Sustainable Development for Highland Communities Association (SuDHiCA)

SuDHiCA (Sustainable Development for Highland Communities Association) is a non-profit organization and was formed in 15th August 2015 to improve the livelihoods of village communities in the remote mountainous areas of Sayaboury Province, Laos. SuDHiCA specific objectives include empowering rural communities to reduce poverty by developing their own action plans to implement strategies in agroecology, food security, nutrition, health care, capacity building development, create sustainable employment with environmental friendly practices and diversifying job, income security, and natural resources management. Our goal is to achieve sustainable development for highland communities without compromising the ability of the future generations to meet their own needs
