Admin-Finance Internship
GRET is a French development NGO that has been actively fighting poverty and inequalities. GRET’s 700 professionals intervene in more than thirty countries. Active in Lao PDR since 2004, GRET implements projects and carries out expertise in partnership with Lao authorities and the local population, notably in the fields of essential services (water, sanitation, waste), natural resources management & agriculture value chains, agroecology, and land governance.
GRET is opening an opportunity for new graduates to join the dynamic Admin & Finance team as interns.
GRET is looking for a motivated person to join the Admin & Finance team. An admin-finance internship based in the Luang Prabang office branch, he/she will work under the supervision of GRET, a country representative, and the admin & finance manager.
TASKS DESCRIPTION
- General administrative tasks
- Office routine tasks
- Make payments in Pretty cash
- Field cash advance requests & clearance management
- Scan the accounting document and save it to the server of GRET.
- Facilitate procurement for field team in LPB
- Recording accounting data
Qualification
- Male or female
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in Admin-Finance or related subject
- Good English level (French language an asset) (verbal and written)
- Good in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work temporarily in the field or provinces
