DFPT, one of five Departments at Faculty of Food Science and Technology, VNUA has a young and enthusiastic staff with sound knowledge in Food Science and Technology. Most of staff obtained higher education degrees in abroad such as Belgium and Australia. We offer many courses in BSc and MSc programs in Food Technology and Postharvest Technology with approximately 3,000 BSc and MSc students. Besides teaching, the major research topics are food processing technology, postharvest technology, food value chains, and quality management systems for fruits and vegetables
