Rural Community Development Association (RCDA) Of Champasak province

The Rural Community Development Association (RCDA/ສພຊຊ) is a non-profit organization established in 2023 under the Ministry of Home Affairs. We focus on improving the quality of life in rural Champasak Province through five strategic goals: enhancing education, improving basic healthcare, promoting sustainable agriculture, protecting the environment, and strengthening organizational capacity. Our mission is driven by community participation, transparency, and sustainable development.

RCDA works in close partnership with international organizations and external donors for financial support , while coordinating with the government and local authorities to align with national development policies. We also emphasize active engagement with village committees, youth and women’s groups, and agricultural production groups , alongside building strategic relationships with the domestic private sector to ensure sustainable community development.
