In August 2025, ALiSEA Vietnam held its second orientation for prospective members, bringing together six organizations (1 institute under a university, 2 cooperatives, 1 farmer, and 2 NGOs) online. The session introduced ALiSEA’s mission, governance, member benefits and responsibilities, and collaboration opportunities within the network.

Representative of the Executive Team, Ms. Trang Nguyen—National Secretary of ALiSEA Vietnam—facilitated the session, introduced participants through the official membership process (eligibility, required documents, review steps, and onboarding timeline), and addressed questions regarding procedures, focal contacts, and upcoming activities.

At the end, ALiSEA shared guidance materials, the application form, and the onboarding schedule to support next steps. We look forward to partnering with organizations committed to advancing a transparent, sustainable, and responsible food system through agroecology.
