The Lao Agroecological Training & Networking will take place from 16–18 March 2026 at the Namhin Agriculture Technical Service Center, Oudomxay, Laos. Organized in collaboration with ALiSEA and ECHO Asia, this event brings together farmers, practitioners, and local institutions to strengthen agroecological knowledge and collaboration in Laos.

Objective:
The training aims to enhance practical agroecological skills, promote knowledge exchange, and strengthen networks among farmers, development actors, and institutions to support sustainable and resilient food systems.

Participants will take part in hands-on training sessions and field visits, covering topics such as local fish breeding, forest bee cultivation, biochar production, safe vegetable practices, small-scale hydroponics, and seed exchange. The event also provides valuable opportunities for networking and learning from successful local agroecological initiatives.
